South African musician Sharon Katz blends rhythms from her home country with influences from her travels worldwide, and especially the desert air from her base in Todos Santos along Mexico's Baja peninsula. Her soul sisters, Afrika Mamas, add their gorgeous harmonies to the world-class musicianship of her bandmates from the USA and South Africa.
